Delete your WayMate account

You can delete your WayMate account and its data at any time. WayMate is an app by Cafyra GmbH.

By email

Email info@cafyra.de from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my WayMate account". We answer without undue delay and at the latest within one month.

In the app

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

Your profile, boat, positions, photos, posts, comments, likes and your login. You disappear from the map, from lists and from groups at once.

What stays

Chat messages stay visible to the other people in the chat, shown as from "Deleted user".
